Scout Youth cards update!

Hello managers,

As the game has continued to evolve over the past few years, we regularly review core game items to ensure they remain balanced and meaningful for long-term progression. Based on this ongoing evaluation, we have updated the minimum strength values for several Youth Scout Cards.

The minimum strength for the following youth cards has been adjusted:
• Youth scout card (common): old 1.0 → new 1.6
• Youth scout card (rare): old 1.4 → new 2.0
• Youth scout card (ultra-rare): old 1.8 → new 2.4
• Top Youth card (special): old 3.0 → new 3.6

This adjustment has been implemented to align with the overall progression and development of players.
